Most of us start this weekly or fortnightly mini adventure by spending around 20-30 minutes to travel only 3 to 4 miles to the local supermarkets and/or department stores caused mainly by the inevitable traffic jams and then (if we take the car) searching for a free parking space.

We then begin our search through the maze of crowded shopping aisles looking for the latest advertised bargains or cut price deals while trying to follow our ever growing shopping lists and all the time trying and (for the most part) failing to keep the children from becoming bored.

Once that part of this familiar shopping expedition is completed, we patiently wait in the sometimes congested checkout lanes before packing our shopping into numerous environmentally unfriendly plastic shopping bags.

Unfortunately even at this point we are still not "home free" because we still have to brave the traffic congestion which will "inevitably" slow our return journey home.

Go get yourself a cup of tea, coffee or your favourite drink, put on your slippers & comfy house clothes and breath a sigh of relief at the thought of never needing to put up with that kind of hassle again.
