Tell “SID” About The Social Fuel Tariff’s

Not enough people know about the social tariffs for gas and electricity consumers, so it is up to us all to “tell them“.

They are not signed up to the tariff automatically so they have to apply to their energy provider .

If any of your friends or family fit the following criteria then “tell them” or even do it for them.

It is estimated that over 4.5 million people who should be on a social fuel tariff are not currently claiming, so the chances are you know someone who should be, but are not claiming.

If they are in receipt of child tax credit or working tax credit and their salary is below £14,600 “tell them“

If they receive disability living allowance, pension credit, attendance allowance, disablement pension, income support, carers allowance or severe disablement allowance “tell them“
